We provide quick online booking of services with tracking facility thereby avoiding time consuming process of search for agencies, request for services over phone, subsequent request over mail, discussion, RFQ, quotation submission, approval of quote and negotiation, preparation of workorder and award of work.

Smartsurveytech engineers /surveyors / data collectors are experts in the field of surveying and data acquisition. The skills and knowledge of our surveyors / engineers are periodically assessed and provided with internal training for best performance.


1       Who can avail our services?

Anyone who wants to get data / information about their land, traffic, buildings, roads, bridges, ponds, etc. Our clients are professional traffic engineers, transportation planners, civil engineers, builders, promoters, corporate consultancies, contractors, road contractors, designers, urban planners, govt agencies, land developers, design consultancies and individuals.

2       Do you provide online services for video processing?

Yes, we provide for video processing of traffic and pedestrian data or other data as required.

3       Can I change the timings for survey start and end?

Survey timings can be provided through mail or our business executive will contact for location and timing details during booking of services and once confirmed and will be final. It cannot be changed later. Incase if it needs to be changed, you can inform us. If the slot is available, it will be considered for execution.

4       What is the method of execution at site?

Our method of execution at site will be as per appropriate Indian and International professional standards and will suit the local conditions.

5       Do you offer services on Saturdays and Sundays?

We work from Monday to Sunday 24/7.

6       If I decide to change the type of services, Will it be possible?

No, you cannot change the type of services once booked.

7       If I decide to withdraw from availing the booked services, Will I be eligible for refund?

Yes, You can.

Subject to following conditions:

·        If the user reaches out within 7 days from the start of Services booked.

Upon receiving your cancellation/Refund request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If smartsurveytech finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Refund process. Refund will be made excluding the third party service charges involved in the processing of payment as when applicable at the time of booking of services.

8        If I decide to withdraw from already booked Normal and Express services, Will I be eligible for refund?

No, you are not eligible for refund.

9       How to pay for the online services?

The fees for the Services, if any charged by, could be paid online through the facility made on the Website. Third parties support and services are required to process online fee payment. is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to Users during this process as these third parties are beyond the control of The fees could also be paid offline and be either collected personally from the Users or required to be mailed to at the following address: Smartsurveytech, 40/b, 2nd Floor, VGP Second Floor, Dr.Vimala Nagar, Medavakkam, Chennai - 600100.

10    How to inform about the exact location at site where survey needs to be conducted?

The exact location details can be informed over e-mail or over phone to our customer care. Exact locations can be sent with northing, easting details or location map scanned or in a google map.

11    Do you have exclusive app for these services?

Yes, it will be available very soon.

12    Any additional support for proper execution of services?

Yes, the timings and location of services shall be sent through e-mail to the customer care team.

13    How to book services?

A descriptive video is available in the home page. Also, the same is available in Youtube for reference.

14    How to avail GST invoices for the services booked?

A detailed GST Invoice will be sent to your e-mail, if request made to customer care separately along with your GST number, registered address, name and designation.
